  • Store papers and support repeat editing and exports.
  • Parse papers, perform formatting checks, and generate export files.

4. Your content and paper ownership

You retain all rights in the papers, figures, references, and other content that you upload, save, edit, or export through AutoSCI. AutoSCI does not claim ownership of your content.

We process your content only as necessary to provide upload, parsing, storage, export, customer support, security, and service improvement functions.

5. Third-party services and sharing

  • Payment and subscription providers, such as Paddle, to process checkout, subscriptions, taxes, and related transaction records.
  • AI, parsing, or lookup related providers for document structure analysis, reference recognition, metadata enrichment, or similar features.
  • Cloud infrastructure, hosting, storage, logging, and monitoring providers to run and maintain the service.
  • Competent authorities or other parties where disclosure is required for legal compliance, dispute handling, anti-fraud work, or enforcement of these Terms.

6. Data retention

Saved papers and related export records are retained in your account until deleted by you, removed when your account is closed, or cleared for operational, compliance, or security reasons.

Temporary uploaded files that are not continuously referenced or saved may be automatically deleted under our system cleanup policies.

We may retain certain logs, billing records, and account records for security, audit, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

7. Security and your choices

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account information, document data, and transaction records, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
  • You may access, update, or delete parts of your account information and delete saved papers.
  • You may stop future renewals by canceling a subscription and may contact us to request account deletion or other data-related actions.
