1. Pricing and billing
- Single exports are currently priced at $1.99 per export.
- The monthly plan price is currently TBD and will be announced on the site before launch.
- Unless otherwise stated, pricing shown on the purchase page and checkout page controls.
- Applicable taxes, currency handling, and checkout presentation may be handled by the payment provider depending on the transaction context.
2. Definitions of exports and subscription credits
A single export purchase corresponds to one successfully generated and delivered export package. Each export package includes watermark-free PDF, Word, and LaTeX files.
The monthly plan includes 30 watermark-free export credits per billing cycle. Credits reset by billing cycle rather than by calendar month.
Successfully generated export packages may be downloaded again without additional charge.
3. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel before the next billing date, and the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation affects future renewals only and does not take away access already granted during the current billing cycle unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Situations where refunds may be available
- Duplicate charges.
- Mistaken renewals after a subscription was properly canceled.
- Paid exports that fail to generate or are not successfully delivered due to an AutoSCI platform issue.
- Technical errors that prevent purchased export rights from being correctly credited to the account.
- Any other situation where a refund is required by applicable law.
5. Situations that are generally non-refundable
Once a subscription has been activated, it is generally non-refundable except in cases of AutoSCI technical failure, duplicate charges, mistaken renewal, or where required by applicable law.
Once a paid export package has been successfully generated and delivered, it is generally non-refundable except in cases of AutoSCI technical failure, duplicate charges, or where required by applicable law.
- Refund requests based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with the result, changes to target template rules, or issues inherent in the uploaded content generally do not qualify for a refund.
- Historical export packages that were successfully delivered and remain available for re-download are generally not refundable because of subjective dissatisfaction.
6. Failed exports and remedies
If a paid export fails to generate or is not successfully delivered due to a platform system issue, AutoSCI may provide reasonable remedies such as re-delivery, credit restoration, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
For subscribed users, we may restore the affected export credit. For single purchases, we may re-deliver the export package, provide a replacement credit, or issue a refund.
7. Payment providers and contact
Certain payments, subscriptions, taxes, and checkout flows for AutoSCI may be processed by payment providers such as Paddle. Final payment details, checkout information, and certain billing notices may be shown through their checkout pages or transaction communications.
If you need to request a refund, report duplicate charges, or raise a billing issue, please contact the AutoSCI team using the public support email shown on the Site and include your account email, order details, export time, and a short description of the issue whenever possible.
